  David took over as Group Casino Manager in December 2001 and is responsible for the overall management of our casino operations. He is also responsible for developing our player reward program and is the personal account manager for our VIP players. David has worked in many aspects of the land-based and online gaming industry including recent involvement with an Internet sportsbook.

  Tom has recently been appointed to this position after serving as Customer Services Manager for USA Casino since 1998. His experienced in customer services is extensive and he has been working in the gaming industry for over 15 years.

  Partnership Program Manager
  Steven is new to the casino world, having worked in B2B positions for the last 3 years. He is responsible for ensuring that all of our partners, webmasters and affiliates have a point of contact with the company and for building business relationships throughout the industry. He has asked to mention that he is always willing to listen to proposals!

  Robert has been a key member of the ICC team since joining us from the world of sports betting in 1999. Together with David Washington, Robert has taken a leading role in improving our Player Reward Program and now corresponds with players on a daily basis, awarding comps and welcoming new players.

  Richard has been with ICC for three years and, apart from heading the New York Casino team, has a great deal of involvement in our quality control, game development and marketing strategies.

With the success of our Player Reward Program, and our commitment to allocating every player a PAM, we needed additional staff and Helen will be taking on responsibility for looking after the accounts of some of our UK and European Players.

  Kim has just joined ICC and is the youngest member of the team. On her travels, she has worked as a holiday rep in Australia and a blackjack croupier in England.
